  1. Anti-anxiety Medication : Pharmaceuticals designed to lower specific symptoms of anxiety.
  2. Side Effects : Unwanted psychological or physical effects of taking medications.
  3. “Keyed Up” : A feeling of extreme, frantic, or uncontrollable energy.
  4. Stress Response : Also known as “Fight or Flight” response.
  5. Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) : A family of medication used to treat anxiety that allows more serotonin, a brain chemical, to flow through the brain and regulate mood.
