  1. Breathing Exercises : anxiety-reduction strategies that use your natural breathing process to reduce stress associated with anxiety, and to help you anticipate the beginnings of a panic or anxiety attack and stop it from becoming more severe.
  2. Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder : An anxiety disorder in which unreasonable thoughts or fears cause repetitive behaviours in order to relieve the fears that caused them.
  3. Diaphragm : The muscles under the lungs which separate the lungs from the abdomen to help expand the lungs for deeper breathing.
  4. Diaphragmatic Breathing : A style of breathing to inhale deeply by means of expanding the diaphragm instead of the ribcage.
  5. Hyperventilation (deep breathing) : Breathing faster and deeper than necessary to the extent that it can cause lightheadedness, dizziness or fainting.
