  1. Gratitude : a feeling of gratefulness or being thankful for benefits you have received and appreciating what you already have.
  2. Savouring : having the ability to feel, focus and enjoy pleasurable moments.
  3. Forgiveness : letting go of resentment and bitterness that stem from pain, anger or sadness caused by others.
  4. Resilience : ability to overcome, adjust or transcend stressful or traumatic histories, experiences, and events.
  5. Materialism : preoccupation with material possessions, or placing greater value on material things than the spiritual and the emotional.
  6. Maximisers : people who tend to spend more time finding the best possible solution rather than settling with the one most available.
